What is the typical shipping timeframe for furniture items?
Most of our standard home decor items ship within 3-5 business days. For larger furniture pieces, please allow 7-14 business days for specialized freight delivery to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition.
What is your return policy for home textiles and decor?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items. Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, bedding and towels cannot be returned once opened.
Do you offer international shipping for Casa & Beyond products?
Currently, we ship to the continental United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics network to offer international shipping to more countries in the near future.
How can I track the status of my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to our carrier's website where you can monitor your shipment's progress in real-time.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
Yes, all Casa & Beyond furniture pieces come with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper assembly or use.
